Where to set handler of walls and particles	Currently, the handlers of walls and particles are typically set in setSpecies. This causes segmentation faults in copyAndAddObject and is hard to spot if you are not aware of this issue. We should decide if the current situation is okay, or what a more appropriate place is for setHandler.	Irana Denissen will look into the setHandler, find a temporary solution until the factory design is implemented.
