Joel was here for a week, tested teh superquadrics for ellipses.

He and Deepak made a documentation how to install the paraview superbuild (tested by wouter, thejas, ...).

superellisoids work with inf walls and periodic systems (needs to be tested)

• scordee, Irana Denissen: move superquadrics branch to trunk (after Christmas)
