Documentation/ needed for:

1. Advanced tutorials (written by the developers)
2. New tutorials
3. Interaction::computeNormalForce
4. Tutorials
5. Consolidation of coupling (merge/make compatible Mitchel and Hong; parallelise)
6. Release (Priority Ant)
7. Resurrect Marnix mu(I) code
8. STEP Files (file format for curved geometries)
9. Sydney demo programs for teaching
10. Convert demos to tutorial;
11. check naming of files/dir's/variables;
12. restore old code
13. Add logo into videos (done)
14. Setup Confluence answers
15. Oomph: Non-dimensionalisation is needed, we need to find out why. Hong uses the output function to produce dimensional output.

• Main developers: sit dow and make a list of tutorials necessary; link to youtube videos

Release: needs careful notes, so users know what they have to change to move to the new version.

Problem: Servers: Document of Wouter is not good enough for Ant to take over server handling.

There are two servers, each has different things on.

Servers handle: svn, documentation, confluence, DEM8, lots of things

• We keep website MercuryDPM.org; thus,
• we keep Chris' server.

• All should have knowledge of server

• Anthony Thornton Create Backup script to have the server data secured onto Google Drive
• Thomas Weinhart Give anthony access to his computer

• Juan Esteban Alvarez Set up http://confluence.mercurydpm.org/questions such that it is available publicly and can be used to answer MercuryDPM user questions.

It is not only our interest but also there are people asking for this feature.

Confluence service states that an option is to give permission for anonymous users:
