Selftests

selftests need to be shortened (total 123 seconds):

• Thomas Weinhart: Shorten NewtonsCradleSelfTest 10s, choose reviewer
• Bram van der Horn: Shorten MaserSelfTest 30s, choose reviewer
• Thomas Weinhart: Shorten LeesEdwardsSelfTest 20s, choose reviewer
• Thomas Weinhart: Shorten ShearCell2DSelfTest 12s, choose reviewer

• Kit Windows-Yule: Demo's should be reviewed (some don't do anything sensible, please give a review on what to change)

• Thomas Weinhart We need demos for every wall/boundary, in particular inflow/deletion! Any ideas?

• Thomas Weinhart Speed: We should use hGrid only for creating new interactions, then loop through interactionsHandler instead (Delayed until MercuryDPM 1.1)

• Thomas Weinhart, Chris de Jong, Anthony Thornton, Bram van der Horn, Kit Windows-Yulee: Please submit figures (high-res) and references that should be included in the Australian Bulk Handling review paper on Mercury 21 Aug 2015 (Also ask Kasper, ...)

Chris: quaternions are working, now will be incorporated in to trunk (data still have euler angles, binary will keep quaternions)
