Adding Gmsh reader feature

I wrote Gmsh (http://gmsh.info/ ) reader and I would like to add it to MercuryDPM-Oomph-lib. how can I do that? the repo link is https://bitbucket.org/mhdhassan/mercurydpm-gmsh/src/master/ .
