- We make a list of topics, everyone picks what he will work on (in groups, possibly).
- We have daily meetings to discuss progress.
- At the end of the month we release a new version of MercuryDPM.
- Check what still needs to be done from last years list: MercuryMonth April 2018 and put into new list.
- @all: if you have features that are needed, add them; ideally before next weeks meeting; who works on what can be decided later

Room booking
As CONNECT is your preferred room I booked it unless it was taken. In those cases I booked INFORM and as a third choice INVITE. Sometimes there is unfortunately no other option than change of room during the day (2nd May and 7th May). Sometimes I booked until 17:30 as the dreamteam need to have 30 minutes to make a new set up for the next group.
In CONNECT you will use the walls as white boards. I will take care of pens and you will bring the paper. When you are in INFORM I will take care of white boards. In INVITE you can also use the wall as white board.
In CONNECT one honey cumb will be in the middle. Three groups of tables with a whole. Please see the link of the digital version of the look book https://www.utwente.nl/en/designlab/organisation/Facilities/.
When you have INFORM I propose to have a set up of 3 double tables with 4 chairs for each group. In INVITE you cannot change the set up much.
